How does the design process work?
The Process: Select the product that reads "Custom Deposit" and select all the in site customizations that apply. The deposit acts as a credit toward your final payment after your design has been approved. If for some reason you do not complete the design process this deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the NOTES portion before continuing onto payment processing, please describe what service you desire along with the appropriate details that apply...
If you are wanting a custom sign please make sure to write each name/date with the capitalization exactly as you want it displayed. For example: FREYA rose, freya ROSE, Freya Rose, etc.. and anything specific about the theme of your sign.
For Logo designs please describe your vision, colors, and/or font variations in detail.
After we receive your order, we will send you multiple options of your design via email. Once everything from design to quote is confirmed and approved we will create a custom listing on our website with your name and approved quote. You will receive a one time only discount code that will reflect the $50 credit. Once payment has been processed in FULL we will move your creation into production or provide the appropriate vector files. Please note our current production time is 3-4 weeks unless otherwise specified.
I have a specific design in mind but I don't see it on your social media, can you make it?
We LOVE custom designs! If you have an idea in mind we can work together to create something unique. There is no additional charge to create a new designs
Do you offer Logo Design services?
Yes! Kelly is a Graphic Designer and will gladly help you create a brand you'll absolutely love. Please purchase our Custom Deposit to start designing
Can you make outdoor signs?
At this time we do not offer outside signage
How much will my sign weigh?
Depending on size smaller (12") signs weigh approximately 3 lbs. while larger (24") signs can weigh up to 11 lbs
When can I expect my sign?
Turnaround is 3-4 weeks from finalization of your proof and completed payment
How do I hang my signs?
All signs will have hangers on the back for easy hanging
I have a specific size I need, can you accommodate?
Absolutely! We are able to make rounds and rectangles up to 30" in diameter
Can I return my order?
Because of the handmade nature of our products they cannot be returned. We are a small business and customer service along with craftsmanship is our TOP priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us bashamcreations@gmail.com
Will my sign look EXACTLY like my photo proof?
We try our absolute best but due to the nature of wood stain and wood grain colors may slightly vary. Screen calibration may also effect previews
